Liz McCarty was a Certified Confidential Intermediary in the State of Arizona and has assisted dozens of adoptees find their family histories. She is an alumni of Arizona State University and has served on many boards, both public and private, serving her community with honor and dedication. She has attended dozens of training seminars on genealogical research.

Howard Jones has been involved in genetics and genealogical research since studying biochemistry as an undergraduate at Michigan State University. He studied for a Masters in Chemical Engineering at Michigan State and his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Arizona. He is multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Navajo). He was an investigative reporter in Detroit, Denver, and Portland, Oregon.
